Why is Islam the true religion among all other religions

In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful

Praise be to God, who has bestowed upon us Islam, and may blessings and peace be upon the master of humanity, Muhammad bin Abdullah, and upon his family and companions and those who follow them in goodness. As for what follows: whoever reads
history from the emergence of Islam to the present day will find many of those holding high positions and lofty positions who have changed their religion to the religion of Islam. This has been going on since the time of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, as did Abdullah bin Salam, who had the highest position among the Jews, until they said about him: “He is the most knowledgeable of us and the son of the most knowledgeable of us, the last of us and the son of the last of us.”   (1) , and just as Al-Najashi, the king of Abyssinia, and others who left their religions for the religion of Islam did, despite their pride, prestige, and status before Islam; Rather, many of them abandoned that greatness, prestige, and status in order to enter this religion, and they saw on earth dozens of religions and beliefs crashing against the waves of human minds in this world. But their souls were only at peace with this bright light that shone amidst the rubble of darkness, ignorance, polytheism, and paganism, and which these people and others like them clung to until they rose from the slope of paganism in which they were. So why did they choose the religion of Islam and their souls settled in it despite the existence of all these religions ? Can we be certain that Islam is the true religion without testing other religions? Doesn’t a person have to test all religions with his mind until he reaches the correct religion?
Before I answer the necessity of searching for the validity or otherwise of all religions, I say:

The nature of religions necessitates the presence of basic topics in every religion, such as deity, legislation, and morals. Whoever contemplates these topics in the religion of Islam will find that they have reached the highest levels of perfection, which makes A person is certain of the validity of this religion, and then by comparing it to other religions on these topics, the uniqueness of Islam appears in that it is the true religion that must be followed, despite the presence of dozens of other evidence of the validity of Islam.
Islam – for those who contemplate it – is the only religion that agrees with everything that a true religion should be. From the existence of a correct conception of the Almighty God who has absolute perfection, from the existence of non-contradictory legislation that fulfills human interests and spiritual, social and economic needs, and from consistency with reason without contradicting it.
The evidence for the validity of Islam is many, and among all other religions it bears evidence of its validity in itself, in its Messenger, and in its book. As for its evidence in itself, we have dozens of evidence, such as: its consistency, lack of contradiction, and the completeness of what it calls for.
As for the validity of the fact that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is a messenger from the Lord of the Worlds, we also have dozens of evidence indicating it. Whether the evidence is in his qualities, such as his honesty, honesty, morals, and the fact that he was illiterate, he brought this miraculous Qur’an, or it was in what he brought, which is the Holy Qur’an and the Islamic religion, or in his support of God for him and his religion.
As for what is related to his book, there is also abundant evidence that it is from the Lord of the Worlds. God sent it down to address humanity and call them to follow him, such as: it being miraculous in its eloquence and meanings, and its being a container of news from previous nations that the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, could not have known on his own, and its being an informant of the future. His sincerity and other evidence have been shown.
Detailing each piece of evidence from the above calls for expansion and expansion, especially those related to the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, and the Qur’an, which scholars, ancient and modern, have categorized. Rather, this article aims to point out the basic features that indicate the validity of Islam in itself, as follows  :

First: Islam presents the complete conception of the worshiped God:
Most religions present a conception of their deity, but the most complete and greatest picture is the image that Islam presented of the worshiped God. Islam, with its texts, presents a great image of God, and every other conception of Him in any religion is a conception. It is tinged with a lot of diminution of the essence of God Almighty.
In its texts, Islam presents the attributes of God Almighty in a clear, clear and unambiguous way. Rather, they are close to the mind, simple to understand, and compatible with nature. Among those attributes that Islam presented about the object of worship is: 1) Oneness, for God is the One with whom nothing shares
. Not in existence, nor in management, nor in creation, nor in perfection, as God Almighty said: Say, “He is  God, the One.” [Al-Ikhlas: 1]. He has no minister, no peer, no equal, and this word is not used to refer to anyone in proof except to God Almighty. Because He is perfect in all His attributes and actions.”  (2) , God in Islam is one, so there is no duality that contradicts the consistency of the universe and the discipline of its laws, nor is He composed of three persons as Christians present Him, nor is He lower than servants, so He is a stone or a tree that does not possess harm or benefit for itself.
2) Absolute power, for God is the One who is capable of all things, the One who does what He wills, the One who created everything and determined it with His perfect decree [Al-Furqan: 2]. All creatures, whether subtle or majestic, indicate the absolute power of God Almighty.
3) Knowledge, for not the weight of an atom escapes him on earth or in the sky, and he knows what is on land and sea, and not a leaf falls that he does not know, not a grain in the darkness of the world. Earth, or wet, or dry, except in a clear Book [Al-An’am: 59].
In Islam, the object of worship is perfect in its attributes, “Rather, what is constant for Him is the maximum possible degree of perfection, such that there is no perfection in which there is no deficiency except that He is constant for the Lord Almighty, deserving of it with His holy self.”  (3) , and every attribute of God mentioned in the Qur’an and Sunnah indicates the highest degree of perfection of God Almighty.
This conception that Islam presented of the deity is the one that should be the correct conception, because it is a complete conception of a perfect God, and by comparing Islam with others, we find that other religions and ideas did not present a conception of the deity, or they presented an incomplete conception, so either multiple warring gods, or a god. A compound of three gods is one god! Or a God who descends into a woman’s womb and is born as children are born, then he is taken, crucified, dies, buried, and suffers all this torment at the hands of his creation. Rather, we find some religions, such as Judaism and Christianity, portray God with imperfect characteristics that are not even worthy of humans. He is a God who grieves and regrets.  (4) , and he regrets it  (5) He gets tired and rests  (6) He even struggles and wins!  (7) . God in the perceptions of religions does not rise to be a God who is united and worshiped alone, but Islam is the only religion that has presented a correct conception of the worshiped God who deserves to be worshipped.

Second: Islam is the religion of pure monotheism:
monotheism is consistent with reason. This vast universe and its disciplined laws point to one Creator, and He alone is worthy of worship. The multiplicity of gods is something that impairs reason in religion, and despite the many religions that exist, Islam is the only religion that called for Monotheism remained pure and pure, and he placed impenetrable fences to preserve it.
Islam has commanded monotheism, given examples of it in the Holy Qur’an, condemned polytheism and polytheists, and rejected attachment to other than God. What religion offers a belief like this that makes you relate to God alone?
The beauty and greatness of Islam is evident in the fact that it makes the Muslim dear to his religion, dear to his faith, and not submit to anyone except God Almighty.
If we look at other religions, we find that they do not achieve pure monotheism. Rather, most religions call for the worship of other than God and polytheism, and attach mankind to other than God, such as monks and saints, leaving in their hands the keys to Heaven and Hell and the instruments of forgiveness. In all of that, people are subjected to people, while Islam subjugates people. For the Lord of people.

Third: Islam’s view of the prophets:
Among the perfection and greatness of Islam is that it is the religion that requires its adherents to believe in all the prophets. A person’s faith is not complete unless he believes in all the prophets from Adam, peace be upon him, to Muhammad, peace be upon him. It is not permissible for a Muslim to differentiate between one prophet and another and believe in some of them without Some, God Almighty says:

Indeed, those who disbelieve in God and His Messengers and want to create division between God and His Messengers and say, “We believe in some, but we disbelieve in Some, and they want to take a path between that. It is they who are truly the disbelievers. [An-Nisa: 150-151] .
Islam also calls for not diminishing any of the prophets, and requires respecting them all and attributing perfection to them. Islam in this aspect differs from Judaism and Christianity in their belief in those whose prophecy they believe in despite his diminishment. The books of the two religions are full of diminishing the prophets, attributing faults to them, and accusing them of things that cannot be done. It is committed by a normal person, let alone by a prophet. They attributed to Noah, peace be upon him, drinking alcohol and being naked.  (8) , and to Lot, peace be upon him, fornication and drinking alcohol  (9) And to Jacob, peace be upon him, for deceiving his father and lying to him  (10) , and other things that you attribute to the prophets are disbelief in Islam, and are not consistent with the wisdom of God who chose them, and with His perfection in His rulings.

Fourth: Perfection of legislation:
The legislation provided by Islam is at the highest level of beauty and beauty. Wherever you direct your gaze in Islamic legislation, you will see perfection and the benefit achieved. Sharia has commanded every good thing, called for every virtue, forbade every vice, and urged the nation toward good morals. It is beautiful. Literature.
The Sharia has been keen on diversity and comprehensiveness, so it legislated acts of worship and rulings that pertain to man alone, such as prayer and remembrance, and acts of worship that pertain to his relationship with others, such as zakat, charity, and righteousness. Among them are those that develop sincerity and lack of hypocrisy, such as fasting and actions of the heart, such as fear, hope, love, and fear, and among them are those that develop the bond between the Muslim community, such as Hajj. And some of them Its benefit is specific to the individual, and some of its benefit is to society.
If we look at the prohibitions, we find that they protect the individual and society from the pits of dissolution, and all these prohibitions were not only for their own sake; Rather, it is a guardian and preserver of the purposes of Islam. Among them is a prohibition for preserving religion. Such as prohibiting mockery of religion and sitting with those who doubt it, or for self-preservation; Such as prohibiting murder and assault, or to preserve one’s mind. Such as prohibiting alcohol and intoxicants, or to save money. Such as prohibiting theft and usury, or to preserve honor and lineage. Such as prohibiting adultery and immoral acts.

Fifth: Its consistency with the mind:
God Almighty is the creator of the mind, and He has made room for it in thinking and creativity, and one of the perfections of Sharia law is that it does not contradict the mind. Whoever contemplates the doctrine of Islam, its legislation, principles, and ethics, it will become clear to him that Islam is completely consistent with sound reason.
Then Islam is what purifies and directs the mind, not the other way around. The mind is always in need of revelation in order for it to function in the way that God wanted it to do, as Ibn al-Qayyim, may God have mercy on him, explained when he said: “The believer’s heart is luminous, and he can almost know the truth with his instinct and mind, but he has no substance from himself, so the substance of the revelation came and touched his heart and mixed with his screen, so he became more illuminated by the revelation on his face.” His light which God Almighty created upon him, so the light of revelation combined into the light of innate nature.”  (11) , the mind is guided by the light of the Sharia, and the Sharia does not contradict the mind. As for all other religions, they are mired in mental contradictions, and the books of these religions are full of fallacies and mental and scientific errors. Christianity – for example – believes that Christ is the Son of God and He is God, and believes in the Trinity, which is one and three. At the same time, a group of Christian priests themselves recognized the irrationality of the Trinity  (12) , there is no religion that is integrated with reason except Islam.

Sixth: Preserving its texts:
There is no religion today in which all of its original texts have been preserved except Islam. This is because God pledged to preserve it, saying: Indeed, it is We who have sent down the Reminder, and indeed, We are its guardian. [Al-Hijr: 9]. More than four hundred years and a thousand have passed, and the Qur’an is still the same with its letters and vowels, and the oldest copies that have been discovered prove that no change has occurred in it. Rather, his sayings were preserved The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, and his actions, statements, movements, and silences; Memorizing the Sunnah is part of memorizing the Qur’an, because it clarifies and clarifies it.
The wisdom behind God’s preservation of the Qur’an to the exclusion of all other books is that it is the book of Sharia law that came as a conclusion to all laws, so there is no one who can change it, and because it is a general law for all those who are accountable from the mission of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, until the Day of Judgment.
While we find the Bible, which is the book of the Jews and Christians, its original texts do not exist; Rather, all the copies that were found were dated far from the time of their prophets. Therefore, we find a significant difference between the copies in their hands today.

Only one religion:
Based on what was previously explained, the correct religion is the religion of Islam, and it cannot be said: All religions are true, or all of them lead to God; Rather, this statement is a contradictory statement, as it is not possible to combine the doctrine of monotheism, which makes the worshiped God one, with the doctrine of the Trinity or paganism, and it is not possible to combine belief in the prophecy of Muhammad, peace and blessings of God be upon him, with his disbelief, and it is not possible to combine belief in the existence of God and his non-existence, for these are contradictory ideas that cannot be That they are all right, and saying that all religions are correct is a crime against the human mind, as a sound mind cannot be satisfied with contradictions.
The only religion that is valid is the religion of Islam, and correcting any other religion is invalidating the statement of the validity of Islam, and God Almighty said: Indeed, the religion with God is Islam [Al Imran: 19], and God Almighty said: And whoever desires He sees Islam as a religion, and it will not be accepted from him while he is in the Hereafter. The losers [Al Imran: 85].

A Muslim should not pay attention to those who want to denigrate Islam, belittle it, or spread suspicions about it. Rather, he must be certain that he follows the true religion, that adherence to it means salvation, and that all valid evidence indicates its validity.

The follower does not search for the path:
If it is decided that Islam is the true religion accepted by God, and that everything else is invalid, then if a person reaches Islam, or grows up on it, then that is sufficient for him, and he should not search for the invalidity of all other religions, because reaching Islam The truth is the goal, and whoever achieves it is not asked to verify all the methods.
What do you think if one day you wanted to go to a destination and then found several roads in front of you that you did not know which one was the correct one leading to your destination, and someone told you the correct route and you took it until you arrived, is arriving enough for you? Or will you continue to search for every path, test it, and see its corruption and that it does not lead to your destination?
There is no doubt that every rational person says: You are satisfied with arriving, and you do not care about the other paths and their destinations as long as you have arrived, and so is this religion that you embrace, O Muslim. It’s just complicated talk that has no value in the scientific scale. In fact, the people of this world do not deal with it in small matters, so what about the religion that a person embraces throughout his life? It is like that path that led you without knowing the other paths, and it is also like coming to a closed door, and in your hands are many keys, but someone showed you the correct key and you opened the door with it. Can anyone tell you: You are wrong and did not open the door? fact; Rather, you have to try all the keys and then open with this? No rational person would say that, and you, O Muslim, have arrived. God has spared you the burden of fatigue in searching for the path, so hold on to your religion, and abandon the nonsense of those who call on you to abandon religion to test all paths, for this is the saying of someone who was deprived of the good that you attained, and strayed from the path. To whom you were guided, he walked in twisted paths that do not bequeath certainty and do not answer existential questions. Rather, he lived in confusion, turmoil, and confusion, so he had to search for the truth that is consistent with common sense and reason, and bequeaths certainty and reassurance. As for you, you have arrived at the truth that has been established. There are dozens of proofs of its authenticity, so it is enough for you to arrive, and that you are upon the clear truth. Then repeat: Praise be to God who has guided us to this, and we would not have been guided had God not guided us . Rav: 43], so know the truth and adhere to it, then learn as much of its evidence and wisdom as you wish in its legislation. And decrease what contradicts it, so that you may increase certainty over your certainty, and faith beyond your faith.

Between Islam and surrender:
This is Islam, with the perfection of its deity, the beauty of its laws, and its consistency with reason and common sense. We will not feel its effect until we commit to it in words and deeds, and live it in character and behavior. Whoever believes that this religion is from God and that it is the true religion, he must achieve complete submission to this religion and its laws, and not take some of its rulings without others, but rather take everything that Islam has brought. Doctrine, law, morals, and dealing with others, righteousness and success are all in this religion.
May God’s blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and all his companions.
