monday.com is looking for a Workplace Maintenance Electrician to join the Workplace team and take responsibility and ownership of maintaining our Tel Aviv office.

You will hold the full scope of responsibilities from maintenance tickets, preventive maintenance, and vendor relations to service experience to our employees, guests, and partners. You will create and maintain a pleasant, aesthetic & functional work environment, inspiring our employees and ensuring that they experience a high level of organizational effectiveness, safety, and fun.

About The Role

  • Ownership of the company facilities and smooth day-to-day operations
  • Solve tickets and facilities-related issues while identifying opportunities to operate more efficiently
  • Enhance employee experience within our great office environment
  • Plan, coordinate and execute office maintenance activities
  • Help plan and execute any facility-related project such as: events at the office, company storages, employee moves etc
  • Monitor and operate facilities systems, such as; security and access control while providing a timely response to any office emergency situations and out of normal business hours
  • Source & manage office vendors and relationships over time
  • Engaging with employees and stakeholders to coordinate facilities related projects

Requirements

  • Previous experience in workplace/facilities positions or similar roles (fast-paced environment) - minimum 2 years
  • Certified electrician
  • Previous experience with building infrastructure systems
  • Technical and handyman skills - Must
  • Previous experience in facilities related projects, such as employee moves etc
  • Strong verbal and communication skills. Work fluently and confidently in English.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Proven experience with running a functional, engaging, aesthetic environment: facilities management, workplace service providers and housekeeping team.
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Multitasking skills, ability to prioritize and work as needed towards meeting short deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and email tools (such as Outlook or Google calendar) - must. PM tools proficiency - an advantage.
