As an American, I had always been intrigued by Japanese culture and wanted to experience it firsthand. This was my first time visiting Japan and I was excited about everything that this beautiful country had to offer.
Upon arriving in Japan, holiday recipes I was struck by the beauty of the country and the kindness of the people. I was fascinated by the different customs and traditions of the people, and I was eager to learn more about them. I spent the first few days exploring the city and getting to know the local cuisine, holiday festivals visiting various tourist spots and attending events.
One of the best aspects of my trip was the opportunity to observe and join in the many traditional festivals and observances that take place all over the country during this time of year. For instance, the Obon Festival is a major event, held annually to honor the spirits of deceased ancestors.
